HIKING
BETWEEN ITALY,
SLOVENIA AND AUSTRIA |
This exciting one-weeker
takes us in north-east Italy and the nearby countries of
Slovenia and Austria. We’ll explore the Friulian countryside
dotted with vineyards, olive groves, charming villages,
and forests, Slovenia’s beautiful landscapes abounding with
majestic waterfalls and spectacular water pools created
by the emerald-green Soca river and Austria’s alpine trails
offering stunning views of the Carnic and Julian Alps. Walking
through all types of terrain - hills, meadows, forests,
gorges and mountains - the hike is considered easy/moderate.
You’ll stay as guests in family run accommodations in direct
contact with three different cultures.
