How to book

Check for space
First of all contact us and check for availability.

Take an option
You may request an 'option' which means a tour place is provisionally held for you, for a specified limited period, to allow time for your booking form and deposit to reach us. If this is not received within the specified period, the place will be automatically released, without further reference to yourself.

Send your completed, signed Booking Form and payment
We require a deposit of 25% of the tour price. Send the completed, signed booking form and payment. When travel is within 30 days of booking for multiple-day tours and within 15 days of booking for day tours, the full cost is required.

Confirmation
If we accept your booking, a confirmation invoice and full trip information will be sent to you.

Final payment
Payment of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to tour departure date for multiple-day tours and 15 days prior to departure date for day tours.

Cancellation fees
Multiple-day tours:

- 10% of the full amount from the date of confirmation up to 30 days before departure

- 25% of the full amount from 29 to 20 days before departure

- 50% of the full amount from 19 to 10 days before departure

- 75% of the full amount from 09 to 04 days before departure

- 100% of the full amount from 03 days to date of departure

Half-day and full-day tours:

- 10% of the full amount from the date of confirmation up to 15 days before departure

- 50% of the full amount from 14 to 9 days before departure

- 75% of the full amount form 8 to 4 days before departure

- 100% of the full amount from 3 days to date of departure
